Frequently Asked Questions

There are plenty of questions that you might have if you are getting your first paycheck loan.

How long does it take?

For most first time customers you can get cash in hand by the end of your first meeting. If you are applying online and you are approved you could be done with the whole process in as little as 20 minutes.

Do you need my credit score?

Never. We don’t run credit checks to keep our loans cheap, fast and fair.

What do you do with my financial information?

We never take any more financial information than we need to complete your loan. All of your information is confidential and we never sell it to advertisers.

What penalties are there if I can’t repay?

If you are late with a payment you will be charged a late fee. This is set based on the state you live in and the rules there. If anyone is having trouble making their payments they are encouraged to call one of our representatives so alternative arrangements can be made.

What is your collection policy?

We would much rather our customers make alternate arrangements than work with a collections department. If this does become necessary we make sure all collections policies are set according to any applicable state and federal laws as well as the Fair Debt Collection Policies Act.

Do you have a renewal policy?

This varies by state, but if the laws where you are allow this practice we will allow you to extend or renew your loan. This can be discussed in detail with one of our representatives, including any renewal fees that might apply.

Will this hurt my credit score?

The only time a person will be penalized on their credit score is if they do not pay their paycheck loan back in accordance with the agreement you sign off on. Those that make their payments on time have nothing to fear.

Where can I learn more?

You can always call us or visit one of our storefronts to learn more about the lending process or what kinds of loans you might be eligible for.
